Hotellet var super lækkert og super flot. Men havde desværre en ualmindelig dårlig oplevelse med receptionisten Kirstin. Da vi tjekkede ud sagde hun at vi skulle betale for børnenes morgenmad. Jeg oplyste at vi havde betalt via hotels. Dette troede hun ikke på og trak beløbet på mit kort. Da jeg viste hende hotels appen hvor det fremgår kunne hun ikke tilbagebetale beløbet til mit kort, ville ikke udbetale beløbet i kontakter men ville kun overfører pengene via bankoverførsel. Har sendt disse oplysninger men endnu ikke modtaget nogen bekræftelse på at de har modtaget mailen. Og afventer at pengene sendes retur. Derudover så kræver de 27 euro for morgenmad igennem hotels og ikke de 19.5 euro det koster på hotellet. Virkelig dårlig service. Og den behandling vi fik af receptionisten samt den enorm negative energi hun udviste gør at min anbefaling er så dårlig. På intet tidspunkt undskyldte hun sin fejl og opførsel. Virkelig skidt på et ellers lækkert og faktisk temmelig dyrt hotel. Er spændt på om nogen vender retur til mig i forbindelse med denne anbefaling.
