You are getting what you pay for. The location is close to the beach, with a grocery store 2 min away. The rooms were generally clean, the bed is very firm so not the best if you are a side sleeper, the pool was a great addition and the house manager Naty was very friendly and available for anything you need. The shower in my first room was clogged and flooded my bedroom but Naty quickly acted and had me switch rooms. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Some other guest had commented on it, but the bed wasn’t just firm. It was like sleeping on concrete with a piece of carpet over it. I like a firm bed, but this was something else. Owner was nice however it’s across from a gas station where people pull out in front of semis and they lay on their horn all night long. The common area was nice, pool was nice, but if I had to do again, I would’ve paid the extra to stay somewhere else.

The check in lady was helpful and nice. Hotel is very new. The shower did not turn on at the first try and then minutes later water came out. It Is very hard to get transportation here with Uber probably because the area is fairly new or there isn't enough hotels or businesses in the area. It took me 30 minutes and Uber would not answer any requests. I thought because it's so close to the beach maybe I can request an Uber to get there only 2 km away but because there isn't any new Uber service this is a very inconvenient place to be. The hotel is pretty good and there's a good size pool.

Room was nothing special it had AC, but no hot water. Hard to locate when using Google maps. Staff lady was unable to provide directions from, what should've been, a well known location in town. I would not necessarily write it off in the future however, it would not be my first choice.

Extérieur très beau et sécurisé, hôtel avec un grand potentiel mais aussi quelques problèmes : Lit inconfortable, hôtel vide mais ils nous donnent la chambre juste à côté des seuls autres clients, aucune proposition pour une chambre plus grande alors que l'hôtel était complèment vide, nous demande de payer pour rester notre dernière journée à l'hôtel au-delà de midi alors que personne ne reprenait notre chambre et que de toute manière l'hôtel était complèment vide, la propreté de la piscine se dégradait de jour en jour, la climatisation refroidit la pièce puis s'éteind puis redémarre dès que la pièce est trop chaude donc souffle très froid d'un coup puis s'arrête... Animaux présents (certainement des iguanes) entre le faux plafond et le plafond en taule de l'immeuble, l'animal griffait le faux plafond pour s'enfuir mais impossible de s'endormir par peur qu'ils nous tombent dessus, on devait faire des bruits d'animaux pour le faire fuire à 4h du matin (aucune considération de la part des hôtes pour ce problème)
