6 Jun 2026The hotel is very nice and updated. My room was clean and cozy. The only complaint I would have is due to the hardwood floors, if you are on the first floor, it can be very loud above you depending on the other guests.

21 May 2026Room was clean and the beds quite comfortable. The heat/AC worked nicely. Well maintained property. Ample parking even if you have a trailer. Place is located on the western outskirts of town so it's a hefty, but pleasant walk to the quaint downtown. If you want a hot breakfast, you will need to plan dining elsewhere. Their continental breakfast is quite minimal... it will prevent total starvation. Check in staff was friendly. Two story motel, split level entry with no elevator.

24 Oct 2025Forsyth, MT is a small town a few hours east of Billings. I think this is the best hotel in town and it was pretty good. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Very good for the price.

10 Oct 2025New and Updated everything! Very clean. The nicest staff that even helped us bring in our luggage from the car! It was not the easiest to get to and there is no food delivery (you have to go pick it up yourself), but overall a good stay! We have reservations for another night on our way back from a trip.

23 Sept 2025Friendly and convenient
A friend and I visited the area to plan for an upcoming rock club outing. We definitely plan to return to the Surestay. Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome guests. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was quiet, not right alongside the Interstate, but very easy to find. Everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast area is small, so be aware.

15 Oct 2025All is good except for the lack of food services in the area. You have to go and pickup your order yourself. A bit of an inconvenience.

25 Sept 2025At check-in Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She offered to help me carry my bags upstairs! There was a minor computer glitch when I checked in. Lisa solved the computer issue, and brought me two pieces of strudel to thank me for my patience. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The towels were new and absorbent. I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. The gal who handled the check-out was also kind and friendly.

11 Oct 2025The room was very nice and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was junky. The remodel looks great but the halls echo loudly. Every time a door opens and shuts you can hear it throughout the hall.(very amplified) They have no one on site after 10 o'clock pm nor do they provide any on call number, so it you have an issue after that you are out of luck.
