Village hotel is a beautiful modern place on the Thames river bank were you can take a boat trip from outside garden.There's plenty of car park spaces. The room was clean with hairdryer iron and ironing board coffee machine with coffee provided soap towels and 50 inch TV .The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good plenty of choices for breakfast and other meals . There is gym swimming pool and hot tub also 7 Large TV Screens in the bar Iwould definitely recommend this place

The entry to the carpark needs resurfacing, beware of potholes. Staff were amazing!! Ps. It would be nice if you gave them a chair/stool to sit down on, as the thought alone of me standing on the front desk/terminal for 8 hour's straight gives me back pains!

Spent 2 nights here as attending a festival. Booked a room with a balcony which was given to someone else on the first night.... Breakfast was good with quite a few choices but they had run out of gluten-free bread which was a shame. Overall a decent enough stay.

Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room. Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October
