The place stinks due to some ventilation issue the staffs was unprofessional and didnt fix it i would stay here if the smell issue was solved but it was quite terrible kids kept on feel like puking and beware no one can address the issue we requested to change place no one bothered i would stay away from this place

Guest support did not sort out our internet connection throughout our stay. We were unable to connect wifi at home with our friends, all were coming abroad with laptops and mobilephones. i dont recommend this guest support to anyone who will stay here. Plus we paid 1544 AED city tax which there was no information on booking. Please be aware on booking on hidden charges.
