31 Jul 2026Excelente propriedade, nova e muito bem conservada. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas os vidros poderiam ser antirruído, pois o imóvel fica ao lado da rodovia e o barulho dos veículos, principalmente durante a madrugada, acaba sendo bastante perceptível.

23 Jul 2026Apartamento limpo, é ideal pra família com criança pois o espaço do sofá cama é bem apertado, mas pra mim, atendeu super bem. Tivemos apenas uma questão pois o cheiro do esgoto estava mto forte e incomodando, mas logo foi oferecido pra uma pessoa da limpeza fosse colocar produtos pra melhorar. Valeu muito a pena o valor e o que é oferecido, recomendo.

Pontos negativos:
Achamos bem afastado do centro, não tem nada nas proximidades, dependemos de IFood para farmácia, padaria e mercado, isso porque não estávamos de carro. Internet também deixou a desejar e o sinal de telefone só pegava 3G.
