O estacionamento tranquilamente poderia ter uma câmara visível desde a recepção e um botão para abrir o portão, o qual seria uma solução rápida e simples sem ter que correr avisar para eles abrirem arriscando tomar uma multa de trânsito.
Os funcionários são muito educados, não são muito simpáticos, porém educados. Café da manhã bom, a localização é ótima!

We had a wonderful stay at Balfer’s Hotel. The staff were all so kind and provided us with exceptional service during our 7 day stay. The rooms were clean as well as all the common areas. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. We are so happy and we will definitely be back.
