The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well.

The room was cool for a quick one night trip and having somewhere to sleep! Staff was cool he let us see the room before we paid for it. A few things I didn’t like was there’s no ice machine, no phone, parking first come bases, and no small towels.

Room 103, The shower smells WAY TOO MUCH of paint. The walls are thin. And when people are walking around on the top room…. It makes the window shake. I drove around the block 2 times, because is has no signs of it being a hotel. Parking is gated and first come first serve.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The entire property felt neglected, with a clear lack of basic sanitation and cleanliness. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty surfaces, a strong lingering cigarette odor, and an overall sense that it had not been properly cleaned. Hygiene standards were especially concerning: only one small towel was provided, and it was visibly stained and unclean, which raised serious doubts about how anything in the room was maintained. To make matters worse, the photos used in their advertising are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. What is shown online is far from what you get in reality. On top of everything, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, making an already bad situation worse. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.
