"Nice, professional front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Fantastic inclusive breakfast. Also, had lunch in restaurant- terrific and large portions. Hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to supermarket and walking distance to seaport (but take a trike). One suggestion, clean the window in room 530. Great place for value."

"We love everything about this place. We’ll definitely come back. My dog can roam freely (hes leashed and have diaper BTW) and the staffs are nice and sweet. We decided to stay by the beach and they gladly deliver our food there. For someone who travels a lot, its just rare to find a place where staffs dont make it hard for you, most hotels now have lots of Nos. 10/10"

"The staff here all amazing. Had the chance to just hang out and chat with them getting the scoop on where to go and things to do. Very friendly. The restaurant has some really good Filipino options. I came during the raining season so the beach wasn’t the best but it was still nice to have private access. Room has plenty of space. It’s a little loud as there’s a really busy bar next door to it but when they close down you’re good to go. That bar being right next door was great if you wants a nice nightlife nod recommend renting a motorbike to get around. It’s not really a walking spot. Everything in San Juan is pretty spread out. It’s doable I guess but just get a bike or something lots of spots near by."

"Let me begin by stating we would come back. That said, this is a very basic place. There is no food service on prem. There are no ref, available ice, or even a hot plate, coffee maker, or microwave. The maintenance in the bathroom for our room was desperately needed. Things clearly had not been kept up. Overall it was fairly clean, but a very basic and simple place to stay. The people were very very nice. It was easy to get to and conveniently located to Apo Island."

"Absolutely loved this place. The only issue we had was that food we had for our evening meal was not great. We ate there on our first night and it wasn’t great. We ate again on our second night thinking it must be better but it wasn’t. Our third night we decided to venture out for dinner and ate at a place very close called Soga and the food there was so good. Apart from that the hotel and staff were amazing and I would definitely return"
