Great stay, only wish it had been longer. We were there for a single night and had an afternoon flight the next day, so we needed a late checkout. The staff didn't hesitate, they worked out a solution for us right away, which made the whole last day much easier. The amenities are excellent, and the on-site restaurants genuinely impressed us. Not the usual "fine for a hotel" food, actually good. One night wasn't enough to take advantage of everything, but it was enough to know we'd come back.

Opened recently in April 2026, this brand new Conrad has nailed what modern luxury travellers need. The wellness centre and pools are incredibly oversized and a real luxury for a city hotel. The rooms are very well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. Service was excellent and the breakfast at Byzantino is superb.
