The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and we had a restful night.

Great, inexpensive place to rest your head during your excursions to the surrounding areas. Room could be cleaner and the bathroom door doesn't shut but the bed was comfy and the full size fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise
Verified review

6/10 Good

Wasn't the best place we have stayed. Bed was comfortable once you could get in it. Mattress was too thick which made it very hard to get in and out of. No counter space in bathroom. In lobby and breakfast area heard loud chanting music from owners quarters . Was not relaxing
Verified review

6/10 Good

This place was just a bed for our heads, definitely not a hotel, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were safe, the bed were comfy but creaky and the bathroom has clean but there was hair in the toilet and on the walls.. gross. If you just need a one night quick stay this place does the trip, good location to the theaters.

It was very nice. Very clean. A good breakfast was available with no extra cost. The price of our room was very reasonable.

Our room was clean, breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Had dinner at tacos El Jefe., delicious.

8/10 Very good

The room definitely met my needs. The AC worked well and there was enough space. The only thing that caught me off guard was the lack of soap. I’ve never stayed anywhere before that didn’t have soap and shampoo in the room. It was also hard to find outlets for charging devices. There weren’t any by the nightstand, which is the best place for them. Staff was very helpful though!

Checked in late and check out early, property was clean with convenient restaurants/stores. Overall, a good experience.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Fresh waffles and a nice variety of coffee & tea. Front Manager very nice and accommodating. For the hotel to be off the main St, it was very quiet & no parking issues.

8/10 Very good

Upon check-in I was immediately impressed by the ownership and appreciated the chance to meet with them directly. I was offered an upgrade at no charge. The breakfast spread had everything I could have wanted. The housekeeping came at an attentive rate. Very pleased overall.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok.
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Minimal breakfast items, very basic. Staff is friendly. Sheets clean but bed was not comfortable at all; no good sleep. Room was SO noisy - felt as though windows or door were open because you can hear absolutely everything outside. Bathroom was very clean, including towels (just a big threadbare). Lots of built up dust on floors around edges of the room and furniture legs.

Lobby was empty and no personnel to check me in for nearly 10 minutes. Hotelier was walking his dog! I would recommend that you spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else in Cedar City.
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Breakfast okay. No toiletries or coffee maker in room but did have a full size fridge. Price was low but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Verified review

6/10 Good

While the room was reasonably clean, there were no tissues in the room. Also, upon check-in we found out they charge per-person rather than by per-bed so had to pay an extra fee. The breakfast was so-so.

Verified review

8/10 Very good

The king bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The air conditioning was good and quiet. The breakfast had a fair number of choices, incuding waffels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, bananas and cuties. The one oddity was that there were no towel racks in the bathroom.
