Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. This hotel was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible ,every single one of them. They could not do enough to help us. The breakfast was out of this world - so much to choose from, including European and Vietnamese dishes. All so so tasty. The pool on the roof and the bar area were fantastic. Very relaxed. We spent a lovely few days in Hanoi at the hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was a bonus with our granddaughter! The hotel is centrally positioned in the old Quarter, near the cathedral. A great choice if you are in Hanoi!

Excellent service

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi. We've been hotel hopping as we are travelling around north Vietnam and Minerva Premium Hotel had excellent service. This hotel is clean and the staff could not do more to help. The breakfast here is a huge stand out with an A la carte menu which has rivalled some top brunch spots I've visited. The rooftop splash pool is a nice touch in a hot city like Hanoi.

Thom on reception was so helpful a long with Bach and another bell boy, sorry I didn’t catch his name. They helped me with a high amount of luggage get to my next destination. It all run so smoothly. Grace and her team too helped me arrive and communicated through messenger before I arrived. This is my second time of staying at this hotel, it won’t be the last.

Great location - so much within short walking distance. In the Old Town so space at a premium meaning room without a window which was a bit claustrophobic. Very comfortable bed and bed linen. Great shower. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Great location in Hanoi! Beautiful hotel…infact stunning! Good pool/outside bar area on roof. Amazing staff: so attentive. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight’s timing. We were prepared to sit and wait in the lobby but they put us in the spa so we could sleep on beds: so kind. Thank u Minh! The room was really good & the breakfast buffet had everything, with really diligent staff! I could not fault this place!
