The room lacked hot water facility as well as food was below average and highly overpriced the room has no cellular network and even there was 1 wifi for 10 rooms which has low connectivity. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional

They do not respond to phone calls at all. We booked the room online and tried multiple times to call them for confirmation, but no one answered. The road leading to the resort was under construction, and we needed to check with them about an alternative route. Despite calling several times, they never picked up. Because of this lack of communication, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute
