Encore un EPHAD qui cherche à gagner un peu plus d'argent en louant quelques chambre sous le label "Quality Hotel" mais en fait on se retrouve au milieu de personnes agées , odeur d'hospital et j'en passe .... Petits déjeuners sois disant à partir de 7h sauf qu'à 7h20 il n'y avait que du café bref je serais plus vigilant à l'avenir !! Mais prévenez qu'il s'agit d'un EPHAD !!!

La résidence est très calme et bien située, à deux pas de deux stations de tramway de la ligne A (qui dessert une grande partie de la ville). La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les "dosettes" à disposition et les bouteilles d'eau fraiches dans le frigo en arrivant. Les draps étaient propres, les serviettes également. De même, le personnel est serviable et répond à toute demande. Rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner, il est complet... De quoi entamer une bonne journée.

Très satisfaite. Le seul "hic" a été le deuxième jour du petit déjeuner. A 7h15 rien de près, café, entrain de couler à 7h22, les croissants pas encore chauffés. Jus d'orange dans la machine non vérifié et manquant. On a interpelé une des personne qui a été cherchée un pichet de jus d'orange. Certaines personnes qui étaient présentes ce même jour (le 04/06/2026 au matin) au petit-déjeuner se sont déplacées pour voir ce qu'il en était. Effectivement, les personnes qui viennent en hébergement ont des contraintes horaires liés à leur travail ou déplacement. Cette matinée là, il y avait 2 personnes et rien de près. Alors que le matin d'avant, soit le 03/06/2026, la personne était seule, je suis descendue à 07h00, le café était positionné, le pain et croissant dans la panière et du jus d'orange dans la machine. Comme partout, ça tient à la bonne volonté des personnes mais met le travail des personnes efficaces en péril.

Les chambres sont à l’intérieur d’une résidence pour seniors,ce qui n’est Stipulé nul part dans le descriptif de « l’hôtel » Je n’ai pas passé la nuit dans la chambre,l’odeur d’hôpital qui se dégageait du couloir et de la chambre n’était pas agréable Le linge sur le lit était humide
