Der er desværre opstået et problem med min booking. Navnet på hotellet og den oplyste adresse stemmer ikke overens, hvilket gjorde det meget svært at finde frem til stedet. Da jeg endelig fandt den korrekte adresse og kontaktede hotellet, fik jeg oplyst, at der ikke findes nogen reservation i mit navn. Dette undrer mig meget, da jeg både har en bookingbekræftelse og en kvittering, der dokumenterer, at opholdet er booket og betalt!!
