24 May 2026Had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Food quality was also excellent with a good variety of options in breakfast and dinner. The overall ambience of the hotel is calm, professional, and ideal for both business and family stays.
The location is convenient and easily accessible. Truly appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth service throughout the stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ranchi. Looking forward to visiting again

근데 체크아웃은 최악.
인터내셔널 카드 결제 안됨.
국제카드 단말기 자체가 없음.
같은 Lemon Tree 체인, 델리나 잠셰드푸르 다른 지점에서는 모두 문제없이 결제했음.
직원 대응은 "I don't know"뿐.
항공편 시간은 다가오는데 해결 의지도 없어 보였음.
결국 현금 탈탈 털어서 결제.
엄청 불편했음.
다시는 이용하고 싶지 않음.
