We arrived at the property it was not an hotel it was apartments there was no reception no phone numbers or way of contacting anyone The security guard told us to leave the room was prepaid when the management finally contacted us six hours later they just said to contact agents for a refund no not happy we had to find other accommodation on short notice to say nothing of the lengthy cab rides looking for a replacement hotel still no refund Michael S
