Rooms are small but comfortable. Hotel is very charming, and comes with a resident cat. The area is home to lots of variety for restraints and cafes. I loved that it was a little removed from the busiest parts of Paris but everything we wanted to see was a reasonable walk away. There's also a couple different transit points close by if you don't want to walk. Overall a very pleasant place to spend a week in Paris.

Excellent hotel and amenities, very convenient location. I stayed in room 207 with my wife and 6 month old baby. Our room was located on the 2nd floor, although there was no lift, the staff were very attentive and helpful - bringing the luggage to the room and storing our baby stroller in the secure room beside the reception so we can access it when needed. The hotel design is beautiful and has a luxurious boutique style touch. It was perfect for our young family - close to plenty of bistros, bakeries, cafes, parks and restaurants/pubs, and even some fabulous fashion boutiques. I would consider staying again.

Location is amazing and the staff is very nice. I really wouldn’t have any complaints besides the fact that there’s a useless elevator. I stayed twice in my trip (because I left to another town in between my stay) and the first time I was in floor 1/building 1 and the elevator would take me to floor 2 and I’d need to use the stairs anyways; the second stay, I paid a little extra for a suite and I was in floor 4/building 2 and there was NO elevator (lobby is at floor 0). There were 20 stairs per floor so I’d have to do some exercise if I wanted to go to my room so I avoided going at all costs. Everything else was nice, I did not pay for the breakfast so can’t really say anything about it. I didn’t have any problems with the size of the room or anything.. the hot water worked and the AC worked perfectly as well! Would stay again without luggage

The hotel is very well situated near the district 17 City Hall. Very safe area full of good cafe and Resturant. Hotel is clean and decoration is modern and practical. They have good service particularly Lina in the reception. She is helpful and always smiling. If you have a night flight , they keep your baggage! For sure I will use again this hotel .

The room was decent, not particularly big but in very good condition with effective air conditioning and a Netflix-capable TV. Less positive: tiny bathroom, no tea and coffee making equipment, nor hand soap, iron or anything complementary e.g. water. The reception and breakfast area is in great condition and full of antique tables and chairs, with a sweet cat which snoozed amongst the guests. The supplementary breakfast selection was quite limited and guarded with zeal by the staff. I got the impression they may have been short staffed as check-in was delayed and housekeeping a bit late, though the staff all seemed nice. The location was good - traditional architecture and good restaurants nearby, albeit primarily residential. I walked to montemarte in 20-30 mins but for other attractions I used the metro. Overall I had a good stay and would come back, though I wouldn't pay for breakfast again.

Clean and quite new hotel, but small room which is Paris standard so I totally understand. No coffee and teas provided, no fridge, just nothing in your room. There is a coffee machine at reception but you have to pay for this. Location is just amazing, so many nice bars and restaurants around the hotel, also metro is super close and walkable to Opera.

It was a really nice stay despite not spending a lot of time in the hotel. Rooms are nicely designed and spacious. The bathroom was quite small but really well-designed and good enough for a shower and morning routine. Beds were extremely comfortable. I have a bad back, but I slept really well. Our windows faced an inside yard, so it was really quiet at night. The room had coffee, tea, and biscuits. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. But it is a really nice, quiet, and pleasant area with restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around. Staff are really nice and helpful. And they have one of the most amazing members of staff - a cute fluffy cat 🙂 There is a little bit of a distance from main landmarks, but the clean, quiet, nice area is worth it. There is always a taxi and public transport. Only one little thing: We asked for a spare duvet, but there wasn't one for some reason. However, this is not a big deal. It was a really nice stay.
