27 Jul 2026The property is just a 10min walk to the beach and conveniently located across the road from general shops. The room was spotless, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Hosts Tanya and Justin are lovely friendly people and are very accommodating. I will be back!

6 Apr 2026Villa La Sini was a pleasant surprise. Justin the owner and host greeted us and showed us around. He gave us great information about Yeppoon and surrounds. The room was new and spotless. Great attention to detail. We loved that we could walk to good restaurants.

The property was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.
What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality.
The owner, Justin, introduced himself to us by name, took the time to get to know us, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.
He even offered to drive us to our event, compliments of him, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
It's rare to find such personal service these days.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

20 Jun 2026These little pod hotels are amazing. This one you could tell was pretty much brand new. Had everything you need in it. Quick and efficient check in process. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing if I had to say about the rooms is it could have done with a chair in the room. Just for times when you don’t want to sit on the bed. Or for putting your shoes on you know. And occasionally chair would have been perfect.

19 Jun 2026Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the facilities were spotless, and our room was immaculate and felt brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The location was perfect.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and you can tell the property is very well looked after. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying again!

18 Jun 2026Fantastic stay - better than expected. We were even upgraded to a newly renovated king suite and the owner personally dropped us to to an event we were in town for as a courtesy offer. You can walk to everything and we will be staying again on our next visit.
