Eu acredito que as pessoas esqueceram o que é cordialidade, simpatia e um sorriso! A equipe da recepção recepção parece um robô, o tempo todo com o rosto fechado e tudo no automático, aquela sensação de fazer por pura obrigação. Quando um hóspede chega em um hotel, o mínimo que ele espera é ser acolhido, ter aquela sensação de estar em casa, pois muitas vezes nós dirigimos por horas e estamos cansados, enfim, deixou muito a desejar. Se não está feliz no emprego, converse com o gestor!
