24 Mar 2026I loved the location and it had a few small markets nearby. It was also perfect for daily walks around the lake and having a quieter visit. I will definitely stay here again when i come back to Ha Noi

The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, and I loved starting my mornings walking to the local market and having breakfast at nearby local eateries. A great choice for digital nomads.

The staff were warm and attentive, but never tried to sell extra services like tours or taxis. Having a washing machine, kitchen, and elevator made my stay much easier. I asked about drying clothes and the staff kindly assisted without charging. No annoying sales talk about tours or taxis, which made the experience much more pleasant.

12 Jan 2026Thw room is pretty nice, the problem was they entered my room at 12 aclock at night, without permission, and it was pretty alarming. And then they woke me up again to check that i actually have reservation, very strange.
Also the other guests made so much noise all night, it was a very bad sleep.
The room is nice, and the stuff are good, but it was a bad experience
