フロントスタッフは素人で私達の予約を探せず、「予約がないし、部屋は他の人が入っているので他のホテルに行け。」と強制的に隣のホテルに行かされた。
そのホテルでも1時間待たされ部屋に入れたのが夜中の2時。
あまりにもひどい対応な上に、今日まで払い戻しもしてもらってない。
至急の対応をお願いします。
