The hotel is brand new and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful when asked. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t seem fully ready to open. The elevators were either very slow or not functioning, so several times the manager took us on the service elevator, which was full of other guests trying to go up or down. It was quite inconvenient as we didn’t factor in these delays to our day. We had also reserved a room for 2 people but only had linen for 1 guest. Upon calling housekeeping, they kindly provided us with additional linen and towel. We would consider staying here again but maybe after some months.

My room wasnt ready after check in time, would take 10 minutes, after 10 min. I was offered a drink at the bar as it took longer. After an hour I asked about my room. They clearly forgot about me, as the receptionist replied supprised. Paying my parking fee at check out took me 20 minutes at the front desk. Room for improvement.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt. Insbesondere die Sky Bar ist einen Besuch wert. An die „intelligenten „ Aufzüge musste ich mich gewöhnen. Aber der hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter hat mir gut geholfen.

So disappointed. 입주 청소가 제대로 안되어 새집증후군 냄새가 나는데 최소 1년 이상은 갈 거 같다. 여기서 자다가 수명 줄어드는 느낌... 오픈 전에 직원들 교육이 전혀 안되어서 허둥지둥하고 있음. 물품을 요청했는데 몇시간 기다려도 안갖다주길래 직접 내려갔더니 미안하다는 말 일언반구도 없고 "내가 갖다 줄게!!" 하면서 소리지름 ㅋㅋㅋ 손님하고 싸우려는 호텔 직원은 태어나서 처음봄.
