10/10 Exceptional

What impressed me the most was the communication between the host and ourselves. Even though the company handles hundreds of suites, they communicated constantly with us. We asked for extra pillows shortly after checking in early at 1pm and they were delivered within a few hours. Exceptional service and the kitchenette was a bonus.
