Never gave us room we booked and were charged for manager said he would comp one night stay never did.
Asked housekeeping to freshen our room while we were out they did nothing. Ran out of toilet paper asked front desk for toilet paper cuz we were out. They took over a hour to bring toilet paper we had to go to public restroom to get toilet paper to get wife off toilet after we waited.
