Lobby area is nice, the front desk staff speak several languages and were nice. The rest of the hotel is in various stages of disrepair. Elevator worked only once and the wall paper was peeling from the walls. Bathroom area was cleaned well.

We had a wonderful stay at **Hotel Bolzano in Milan**. The location is very convenient, close to the Milano Centrale train station and within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options around the city. After a long flight from the USA, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Their hospitality and helpful attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Milan. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Bolzano to anyone visiting Milan.
