Very friendly staff. Let us do late check out. And room was clean and just as the pictures. There is renovation currently done at the hotel but its very quiet and you can't really hear ut from your room. Would deff stay here again if ever in Sapa!

This is a beautiful property but it is slightly outside of town; 20 minute walk. There aren't many restaurants around this homestay so eat dinner before coming back in the evening. It is very quiet and a great place to relax while sitting next to the mountains. I would reccommend but just be prepared that it is a bit isolated.
