I had a very pleasant stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also convenient, with shops and other amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. The only area that could use some improvement was the breakfast. It was decent, but the selection and quality were average, and I think offering more variety would make the overall experience even better. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Good breakfast and location (very quiet for Istanbul). Room cleaning service inexistent: once only after 5pm, honestly never seen this anywhere. Pool facilities ok only runied by dirty water of obscure source. Overall it does not meet the requirements of cost vs quality.

Esperienza negativa, camera posizionata vicino ad una porta di servizio che veniva aperta e sbattuta in continuazione notte e giorno. Colazione davvero misera e posizione nei pressi di un minareto con relativa sveglia ogni mattina Insonorizzazione pessima Il giorno di arrivo l'aria condizionata non funzionava in tutto l'hotel e ad un certo punto è mancata la corrente e si è manifestata l'assenza di una luce di emergenza e ci siamo visti costretti ad orientarci in camera con la torcia del telefono. - Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht, die ungenügende Qualität als auch die geringe Auswahl (zB. war der Kaffee ungenießbar (instant Kaffee mit Kaffeeweißer, keine frische Milch) und der Orangensaft, war eher ein süßliches Wassergemisch. - Weiterhin wollten wir ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und haben dann ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof ohne Balkon bekommen. Dann wurde uns noch ein teuerer Flughafenservice angeboten, anstelle einer ehrlichen Antwort mit Alternativen bzw. Verweis auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. - Am 3. Tag (von 3) unseres Aufenthaltes war der Pool geschlossen. - Die Kopfkissen waren leider sehr hart. - Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr modern und qualitativ ausgestattet sowie gut gelegen (ausgenommen die Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe, diese waren sehr darauf hinaus, die Touristen auszunehmen, bloß nicht da in ein Restaurant rein!)
