The location is fantastic it is right in the centre of the red light district and there are sex shops restaurants all that you would ever want to have in a tourist location the best of the best
I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again it is a family business and the owner and all the staff are brilliant 👍👍👍👍

25 Jul 2026This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at - not the street noise, we expected that booking in the Red Light District. This was paper thin walls, but primarily slamming doors throughout the night. The door also has an alarm the second you open it despite YOU having opened it - we tried to change rooms and the staff member on duty effectively didn’t believe us that it was loud, and said they were sold out despite us not seeing a single soul while we were there. The sink doesn’t drain, the curtains were broken and hanging off the rod, and the key worked half the time. We left after one night. Great location but pictures made it seem a lot fancier than it was.

10 Jul 2026It is a charming, traditional Amsterdam-style building full of character. It was exactly what I expected—and even better. The location is excellent, right in the Red Light District and within walking distance of the major attractions and Central Station.
The beds were comfortable, and the room served its purpose well. I would suggest adding a few wall hooks, a luggage rack, and hand soap to make the room more convenient.
Despite being in the Red Light District, we could barely hear the nightlife and slept very well during our first two nights.
Unfortunately, our last night was a different experience. A neighbor in the building next door played loud music with the window wide open, directly facing our room, until the middle of the night. When we asked the staff for assistance, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested that we contact the police ourselves. That was very disappointing. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered other than an apology.
Although we loved everything else about this hotel, we would not recommend it to anyone looking to be assured of a good night's sleep. Hotels should do their best to ensure that guests can enjoy a quiet and restful stay. Thanks to the staffs for the kindness and helpfulness.

The shower had a weird smell to it. The rooms are smal but very clean.
Worst part was the doors. You could hear every single door slam shut. It was so loud it woke me up several times during the night.
