The Manor House is a lovely place to say in Peel, and Matt looked after us wonderfully. We needed baggage storage on arrival and departure and this was easily arranged. Breakfast was first rate. The Manor House itself is gracious and relaxing. It's a ten minute walk into the town centre. We arrived from Douglas by bus and there is a bus stop just outside the Manor House. Peel is a great place to stay on the island, with good history, scenery, walks and restaurants.

Usually choose large hotels when going away for short breaks. Chose a smaller property this time round and we were not disappointed. First time visitors to the IOM. A personal welcome from Matt on arrival who showed us round the building and all the amenities. Clean, light and airy room with a view of the chickens! The chickens can be fed and are very friendly. Feed is provided free of charge. Breakfast choice is good, the food is prepared to order and is fresh. Lovely Manx breakfast! On site parking and only a 5 minute stroll into Peel with the harbour and the castle making a fantastic backdrop. The whole stay was a pleasure. It felt personal as opposed to the bigger hotels. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for a pleasant enjoyable stay.

When arrived no one there to check us in waiting 2 hours until landlady came, there was no cleaning service at all during our 4 night stay. Breakfast was very good. There was ample parking and a pleasant walk into Peel. The room was in the attic so we couldn’t stand up as the eaves were so low. But it was very good value so we didn’t expect it to be much better. Also shared bathroom.

Well maintained old Victorian building with lovely staff who were more than happy to help with any requests or act on any feedback. Good views and use of gardens, amazing breakfast. Well located with easy walk into Peel and round the corner from hidden gem the Cathedral.
