Location was near public transportation and city center. Room was very basic and small and not well maintained but for the price paid , I would consider it fair. The staff was helpful and allowed for luggage storage for free. It is ok for visiting the fair.

The room is perfect for what it is that you hire. A convinient room close to the main train station. Beats by far getting in a hostel, this is a private room, clean, no frills but everything you need, incredible water preassure, comfortable bed and quiet room. I was turned off a little by the negative comments but as soon as I checked in, I saw that those comments come from people that maybe had bad luck because my experiece was very positive. Yes, it is not the four seasons, but it is exactly what they advertise. I am very happy with my stay.

Room was pretty dirty, the door had a gap at the bottom and this meant that smoke from people smoking in the balcony came and stank up our room. Toenails from previous guests hadn’t been cleaned. Other guests loud throughout the night

I don’t smoke or able to tolerate the smell of cigarettesThe smoke area was directly below my window. The constant talking and cigarette smell coming up through my window from the courtyard below night and day was the only unpleasant experience. The staff was great and I know if I complained they would try to accommodate me but I was too lazy to ask for a room change as I was away for most of the day. Otherwise the experience was great for what I paid for.

I just checked out just now. 11 was the check out time and the cleaners of the room knocked at about 10:30 just to remind me of the check out. Then I said i will finish preparing and 5 times they knocked the door. They are very unprofessional and unfriendly and disrespectful. They are talking in there language. The cleaning staff very poor service. Or atleast they need training.
