The room was very nice. But the beds were uncomfortable, sheets felt rough. And the thermostat in the room didn’t work. The room was feeling hot and stuffy and stuck at 25 degrees. I even called the staff to come help and they said it’s controlled from the outside. And then didn’t make the room cooler!

Excelente estadia e uma opção muito acolhedora em Ushuaia. O hotel é novo, confortável e extremamente limpo. O quarto é silencioso, tem ótima acústica, boa climatização, banheiro excelente e chuveiro muito bom. A academia também é bem equipada, e toda a equipe foi sempre muito educada e atenciosa. Minha única ressalva é em relação ao café da manhã. O problema, para mim, não é o fato de ser servido no quarto em uma box, mas a ausência de opções quentes e preparadas na hora. Seria muito melhor poder contar, por exemplo, com ovos, um sanduíche quente ou alguma outra opção recém-preparada. Quando o café se limita basicamente a produtos de padaria já prontos e frios, acaba transmitindo uma sensação um pouco impessoal e abaixo do padrão de conforto oferecido pelo restante do hotel. Ainda assim, é uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Ushuaia, confortável, acolhedora e muito agradável para descansar depois dos passeios. Com um pequeno aprimoramento no café da manhã, a experiência seria praticamente perfeita.

Hotel recém inaugurado. Tudo impecável. Quarto muito confortável e muito silencioso. Banheiro excelente. Fica a 1 ou 2 minutos da rua principal. TODOS os funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. A recepcionista Juliana nos auxílio muito indicando ótimos locar para comer. Com certeza retornarmos a Ushuaia nos hoapedatemos neste hotel!!

Hotel novíssimo com ótima localização. Tamanho do quarto excelente. Cama suuper confortável. Roupas de cama e banho super gostosas. O único ponto importante e diferente é que o café da manhã é entregue numa caxinha no quarto. Então não tem muita variedade.. mas se eu voltar ao Ushuaia me hospedo nele novamente.
