5 Oct 2026My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. What made this hotel extra special was the staff. They were all extremely helpful and caring. The front desk manager, named Marc, was especially nice and accommodating to our every need. If we ever come back to Madrid Centro, this is where we’ll be staying.

3 Oct 2026Amazing stay! First time staying at Urban Hive. The location is perfect, close to three metro stops and walking distance to Gran Via, Sol, and many other areas of interest. The room was a comfortable size, as expected in a major city’s center. It was the amenities and staff that really took the stay to the next level. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are little touches that made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Hope to stay here again on our next trip to Madrid!

30 Aug 2026We cannot put into words how incredible this hotel was - it is absolutely beautiful. The room was an incredible size and the staff couldn't do enough to help us. We loved the relaxed vibe on the rooftop pool.

27 Sept 2026Overall a nice stay for 4 nights. Clean and with all necessities, but the pool bar is very expensive (9EUR for a pint) and the breakfast is missing professional staff. Breakfast: 1/2 of the things were missing because they did not fill up and the tables were not cleared. The coffee were filter :(
