Saudações. Solicitei mudança de quarto antes de viajar e chegar na cidade e propriedade. Me informaram que eu poderia fazê-lo quando eu chegasse lá. Porém, quando eu cheguei esta mudança era impossível pois eu não vi nenhum atendente no local. Em todo o período que fiquei eu não vi nenhum atendente - apenas pessoas de limpeza e manutenção. De toda forma o apartamento estava muito bom quando o vi pessoalmente então a mudança não foi necessária. Registro meus elogios à equipe de limpeza que estava sempre alegre, sorridente e solícita quando solicitadas informações. Haviam pequenos itens para manutenção: problema na torneira de água quente do chuveiro, puxador da porta do box. Parte de lanches e sistema de compras foi muito bom.

Apto limpo e bem arrumado, tinha tudo que precisava. O checkin é bem prático. So precisa de alguns ajustes do tipo a porta do banheiro que a maçaneta está saindo, o registro do chuveiro também está danificado, dificultando o manuseio da água quente. Fora isso foi tudo ok!

Cheguei tarde depois de uma conferência e o sistema de check-in falhou. Resolveram até rápido pelo WhatsApp. Entrando no quarto, cheirava esgoto. Como era quase 22h, liguei chuveiro e torneiras e abafou o cheiro. No meio da madrugada acordei com o barulho de agua escoando pelo ralo e o cheiro de esgoto retornou. Tive que abrir tudo novamente. Também descobri que as travas da varanda não trancavam a porta. A vedação era ruim, ouvia muitos barulhos das outras unidades e pessoas no hall. Resultado, a noite de sono foi terrível. Até trocaram de quarto no dia seguinte, mas o processo não foi fluido e tive que cobrar diversas vezes. O novo quarto cheirava a cigarro, mas abri a varanda e preferi está situação ao esgoto. O checkout enviaram um link que não funcionava, ou seja, da entrada a saída a experiência foi ruim
