Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment.

My family and I have just returned home after having had a wonderful week at this resort. The resort was at full capacity throughout our stay, and yet the level of service was always maintained at a very high standard. Food and beverage was provided plentifully throughout the day and the selection of restaurants and food locations was excellent as was the variation in menus. The swimming pool looked very nice but we never used it as the beachside facilities were simply superb. The resort has its own beach from which you have to step into from the decking and every day was beautiful there. Watching the sunset from the beach deck (see photo) was simply enchanting also. Location-wise, the resort is situated very close to the stunning Bodrum Marina and Old Town and is only a 5-minute taxi journey and the hotel offers beautiful views over the bays and the adjacent Aegean Sea islands. As mentioned before, we were very impressed with all the staff at the resort, all of whom are multi-lingual. But I must make particular mention of Yusuf at Reception, Ugur the Entertainment Manager but especially Hasan the Guest Services Manager who always made us feel very welcome and was generous in his offerings to make our stay as special as possible. This was one of our best ever family vacations and, thanks to Hasan and to all the staff there, the Başka Resort Hotel is one we definitely look forward to returning to.

The room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail, from the quality of the linens to the overall ambiance, reflected a high standard of excellence. What truly sets this place apart is the staff — highly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. Their service was seamless and made the entire stay feel effortless. The facilities and location further enhance the experience, offering both convenience and a refined atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized and maintained. Without a doubt, this is a property that defines luxury hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is stunning, with expansive grounds, beautiful landscaping, and breathtaking views. Its private location makes it the perfect place to truly relax and disconnect. The amenities are exceptional. From the beachfront and pool to the wide variety of water activities, there was always something to enjoy. The dining options were fantastic, with generous buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as excellent à la carte seafood and Italian restaurants. There were also several bars and snack bars throughout the resort, so everything you could possibly need was just a short walk away. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had everything they needed. A special thank you to Hasan, the manager, and Emre from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In fact, we enjoyed the resort so much that we never felt the need to leave the property during our entire stay, it truly had everything we were looking for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with outstanding service.

10/10 Exceptional

We loved staying at Baska resort. It was our first time in Bodrum. The resort is amazing, the views are breathtaking and the alll inclusive options are out of this world. Plus the entertaining areas are well designed and they look like a magazine covers. It is true the place is still undergoing renovation and the cleanliness around is not great, there are construction materials, etc. The rooms are very small but cute. We needed cleaning and instead of full sweep we got just 2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to escalate to get the cleaning crew back. Overall the whole experience was good. The food and the chefs and service staff get 10+, the rooms 5, cleaning-less 6. Beach was very beautiful but did not have access to the sand. It felt like a boat launch where you have to go in the sea with a ladder. There are some deep sections in the water and you have to be careful. The beach bar and all the cute venues around were amazing. Really good ice cream, they have kids section, few other beach food venues , drink bars, etc. live entertainment every day. If I have to rate my whole experience I would give it a 7 out of 10. Thank you!!!! Tanya and Adham

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with great variety of fresh and flovorfuk dishes every day. The sea was clear and beautiful. Making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Having a coffee while looking at Bodrum Castle was an unforgettable experience and one of the most peaceful moments of our vacation. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every question or problem we had was solved quickly, proffessionally and effectively. They genuinely cared their guests comfort and satisfaction and always found solution without delay. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants calm and relax for own holiday.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon, room was quite dark , I was quite upset as booked sea front room . Hassan the relationship manager tried is upmost to make me relaxed and changed the room , if not for him I would have left Once settled we checked out the resort The facilities have a lot of impressive purks Like Fridges all over the place with free drinks The staff is absolutely fantastic and very attentive and polite, small issue they barely speak English so a lot of google translate, From the pool to the reception you need to take 4 lifts as hotel is on a huge slope Lift from pool to beach was not working hence a lot of stairs Overall we had a great time and lots of fun , very tasty ice cream and cakes The views are amazing , the spa is also very good , the laundry service turn around in 5hours was amazing and the welcome smiles from Tatiana when you enter the hotel reception were heartwarming

We were there for not even 1 hour and turned back around after witnessing the so-called “big boss” yelling at his management team in the dining room while hosting a leadership meeting at 10 pm. We also left because we walked in to a room that was dusty and the bathroom was not made up!! The windows had been left open for bugs to come in. Bottom line: it's a one or at most two-star hotel that has no idea on hotel management but is charging 5-star prices. Stay Away!

Otel genel olarak çok iyiydi. Temizlik, personel hizmeti, güleryüzlülük üst seviyedeydi. İstediğimiz her şey hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Begonvil bardaki Berkay beye ilgisinden dolayı, resepsiyondaki Yusuf beye ilgi ve alakasından dolayı ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Tek eleştirim etkinlik konusunda olacaktır. Gündüz ve akşam etkinlikleri yetersizdi. Bu konuda otelin kendini geliştirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Gündüz beach dj etkinliği çok yetersizdi. Geri kalan her konuda başarılı buldum.

Giriş çıkışlarda araba parkı için baya beklemek zorunda kaldık. Asansör ara sıra bozulduğu için merdiven çıkmak zorunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Personel ilgili her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, otel gayet temizdi.

Her durumda bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Otel yeni olmasına rağmen hiçbir noktada sıkıntı yaşamadık her şey kusursuzdu.

Tesisin her köşesi fotoğraflık detaylarla dolu.

İlk gün gittiğimizde her şey dahil dediler menülere baktık fotoğraflara baktık fakat işin rengi konaklama anında değişti.
