12 Aug 2026This is student accommodation that's available to the general public when university is not in session. As such it's pretty basic - bed, desk, wardrobe, bathroom (shower) all in a quite small room, although the shower stall is good sized. There's a lounge area next to the reception with free coffee (instant) and tea, and a couple of interior courtyards with some seating. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great, about a five minute walk to the Grand Parade with a bakery and Centra on the way.

23 Jun 2026Clean and well maintained site. Bare bones as far as the room but for our intentions, it was perfect. Lovely games room and wonderful to have laundry facilities on site. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Huge shout out to Amanda and Sienad for all their extra help.

13 Aug 2026For the price it was a good room, but incredibly noisy from outside (first floor). I could stay here again but not during peak season because of loud people outside the window.
