Começou pelo check-in que demoraram para achar minha reserva, a reserva já estava paga pelo app e queriam que eu pagasse novamente. Chuveiro gelado, acionei 2 vezes os funcionários, que não resolveram, apenas falaram que sentiam muito e tive que tomar banho gelado todos os dias

O Atendimento da equipe foi ótimo, a limpeza, porem, deixou a desejar no quarto 13 do mezanino, a parte de camas, roupa de cama, travesseiro, foi ótimo...mas, o banheiro extremamente pequeno , no local de banho não havia apoio para sabonete, shampoo e etc..., molha fora do banho. Não fechava os trincos para o banho e no local do vaso sanitário se for uma pessoa muito alta não consegue entrar. A pintura deste espaço tb deixa a desejar. No café da manhã, tinha bolo, pão de forma, torta salgada...mas, para mim tb deixou a desejar, pois, quando chegamos para o café havia acabado, fruta, pão francês, não havia reposição. Tem grande potencial para melhorar.

Equipe simpática, porém não compensa o banheiro com chuveiro que não funciona ou não esquenta a água. Quartos minúsculos, espaço terrível entre a parede e vaso sanitário (não cabe uma pessoa normal), limpeza deixou a desejar. Quarto com barulho de refrigeração ou motor funcionando... Infelizmente não indico.
