10/10 Exceptional
An excellent & amazing property. Everything in the room was clean & fresh, though I will note it seems to be a newer hotel so maybe time will show some wear eventually. The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. Granted this could be a pro or con depending on your personality & culture—some more independent-minded travelers may find it a bit overwhelming/smothering, but for us it was very helpful & Atabek was very knowledgeable & showed us some great places (& was patient when we spent like 3 hours at the museum where he's no doubt been 500 times 😅). Asko, the staff at check out, was also very helpful in ensuring we had our departure drivers arranged & a smooth exit experience.
The one & only area of improvement I'd suggest is the Wi-Fi. Generally it worked well but sometimes in the room it would cut out or be very slow for a half hour or so at a time. But other than that this was one of the most excellent hotel stays I've had in 2 years living & traveling in Uzbekistan!
