今年4月曾入住這間酒店。專業嘅服務態度，完全達到五星級服務，房間都非常舒適。 所以在6月再次入住。最初安排的房間是望泳池，所以比較潮濕，感覺不舒服。最終經職員安排，換了另一間房間，我們都非常滿意。 退房後我們乘搭兩點鐘穿梭巴士去港珠澳大橋，在等候期間，我向一位職員叫（阿健）查詢，都是普通回答問題，第二次我再問於乘坐巴士地方冇圍欄，是不是這裏等？但職員就敷衍我，及態度不好。當巴士到達時，亦沒有人通知可以上車，因我有一位老人家是坐輪椅的。這次旅程令我們有點不愉快經歷。
