Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. This hotel, located at 689 Laoshan Road, Lujiazui, exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the core area of ​​Lujiazui, yet quiet and convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The surrounding area has mature amenities, making dining and shopping convenient. The price-performance ratio is quite good for the Lujiazui area, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
