21 Sept 2026I had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—every single team member I interacted with was extremely helpful, warm, and attentive to every detail.
The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was spotless, showcasing top-tier cleanliness throughout my entire stay. After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable space was a treat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful, high-quality night's sleep every single night.
Between the prime location, pristine facilities, and world-class service, Mövenpick exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul!

Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!)
Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room;
Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady;
Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)

30 Mar 2026This hotel has just recently opened, so they are still working a few things out. This did not distract from our stay. Room was clean and modern with a smart TV that allowed you to log into Prime and Netflix.
The Spa and Pool were excellent. However, the pool floor was really slippery when wet.
The staff were great and informative especially Ozgurk at the front desk.

21 Oct 2026L’hôtel est relativement bien placé. Mais notre chambre était au deuxième étage côté boulevard et c’était très très bruyant. Le petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qui était proposé; Les messieurs de la réception ne sont pas super aimables. Ils font le service minimum. Bref décevant pour un Movenpick

18 Oct 2026Globalement satisfait de l’hôtel, confortable et décoration agréable. À noter, quelques cheveux dans la chambre et la salle de bain.
Le spa est autorisé aux enfants. J’ai eu des cris et beaucoup de bruits dans tout le spa pendant que j’y étais, ce qui n’a pas du tout était relaxant. Aucun membre du personnel n’est venu demander à faire moins de bruit.
