The apartment was perfect for using as a base. Construction outside of hotel, could not be heard from inside our room - we were facing the courtyard. Staff were helpful when we asked for advice. Booked room to be cleaned halfway through our stay. Air conditioning was efficient & just what we needed after being outside in temps of mid 30’s. Convenient to get to all parts of Munich as the ubahn was a couple of mins walk away. Lidl, also a couple of mins walk away. Note;- Most museums closed on a Monday Would use Bob.W chain again.

Construction site next door, no hot water on first day, then low water pressure. Less than helpfull ‘staff’ with some sorry excuse about being new/in training = locked out of my room on Sunday night. AI / Bot spamming the same chat as I am supposed to chat with a real human - with contradictory auto-generated messages. Very slow response sometimes none. A many time visitor to other Bob W locations, it seems the expansion has far exceeded the quality control and customer focus. Poor poor poor. Never Bob W again unfortunately

This hotel is in a not great area. There is endless construction on the streets and multiple building. It’s shocking how loud things are on a weekday. Luckily our room was situated on the back side of the building so with the windows closed it was bearable to staff was nice but not always effective. For example there wasn’t a card to turn on the lights but no one answered the concierge chat so I had to make trips up and down to get it sorted.

Disaster! Having stayed at other Bob W i expected this stay to be as frictionless as esrlier. But NO. Insane building noise from the building next door, which is being more or less totally restructured = no surprise that at 07.00 hell breaks loose. 300 eur s night for living in a building site? No hot water on first day!! None. At all. Room not cleaned, and my initail ask for an extension of a day was not answered untill last moment. Asking specifically if roon code would cbange inglt no answer = not able to enter my own room at night…all in all+never again

Building will under renovation and there were a lot of construction activity in the back, even on Saturday. Only one out of two elevators worked and it was really slow. The room itself was nice and newly furnished. The water pressure and temperature on the 5th floor was horrible, making showering a big pain. The luggage room in the basement is open so anyone could in theory go in and take whatever they want. The area is very sketchy.
