8/10 Very good

The door to the room is very heavy and hard to open. Thats my only complaint. The staff were wonderful the rooms were very clean and fresh. We would stay here again. Breakfast was good, waffle bar, eggs, turkey sausage and cereal nice spread.

6/10 Good

It's a new hotel, so the facility is clean, comfortable and attractive. The only gripe we have is housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping didn't touch our room to clean and re-supply after our first night. When I asked the staff member at the front desk about it, he apologized, handed me a few new coffee bags and said housekeeping had gone home for the night. Not a crisis, but not good practice.

The hotel is brand new! We were the first ones to check in on the day it opened (6/30/26) so everything was pristine. I’m sure the lack of hot water to all the rooms has been corrected.

This is a brand new facility, so it was very clean and presentable. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety and plenty of sitting area. My only disappointment is the pool was not available. I think you should offer a lower rate if such a big amenity like that is not available. We didn't use the gym but took a look at it, it was very nice.
