This one actually has two queen sized beds! It took me a lot of time combing through nearly identical listings for units in this building. They all use many of the same photos, all say they have two beds, but most of them actually have a pullout couch or a futon as the second bed when you go through all of their photos. This one REALLY has two real adult size beds! It was great. It had everything we needed for a friends trip.
