We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room was cozy, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help us with dinner reservations and activity tips. The hot chocolate by the fireplace in the lobby was a perfect touch after a day outdoors. It all felt welcoming, uncomplicated, and comfortable. We’d happily return.

Das Hotel hat sein Alter erreicht, wo es renoviert werden sollte. Das Zimmer mufflet , überall Staub und Schmutz im Zimmer. Im jetzigen Stand würde ich es nicht mehr buchen, obwohl es gut gelegen ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück Buffet war gut.

A fuir!!! Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une très mauvaise expérience. Cet établissement est vendu comme un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais les prestations ne sont absolument pas au rendez-vous! Je ne sais pas si il vaut les 3 étoiles. Je ne sais pas par où commencer, le bruit ,l’odeur ou la saleté. À notre arrivée l’hôtel réservé ne portait pas le même nom, nous sommes arrivés dans un grand hall on ne savait pas si c’était un centre commercial, un hôtel ou une gare. Insonorisation inexistante : Le bruit extérieur et dans les couloirs est omniprésent en raison de fenêtres qui n'insonorisent rien du tout. Impossible de dormir correctement. Propreté et hygiène déplorables : La chambre était très sale à notre arrivée. Nous avons retrouvé des pansements dans la douche, des taches sur les portes et les vitres plus que sales. Je ne vais même pas parler de la décoration à l’intérieur de la chambre… De plus, une forte et très désagréable odeur d'humidité et de moisissure régnait dans la pièce. Je ne vais pas parler du petit déjeuner qui était à l’image de l’hôtel avec une qualité médiocre. Les photos vues sur hôtel.com sont mensongères cela ne reflète pas la réalité. La pire expérience d’hôtel que j’ai vécu, 200€ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel et clairement du vol. Un manque d'entretien criant et une hygiène qui laisse à désirer. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel aux personnes cherchant un minimum de repos et de propre après une journée de visite à Zhangjiajie.
