Review Unfortunately, my experience at B&B HOTEL Milano Duomo Velasca was very disappointing. The reception service was especially frustrating. My room was not ready on time, and the following day, after spending the day sightseeing, I returned to the hotel and was rudely asked why I had not checked out—even though I had booked the room for several nights. There was apparently a technical issue with my reservation, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, instead of approaching the situation professionally and working with me to figure out what had happened, I was met with accusations and an attitude that made me feel like I had done something wrong. I had proof of my reservation, and I expected the staff to at least work with me to resolve the issue. The location also did not feel particularly safe. It is essentially in the Times Square of Milan—very busy, crowded, and chaotic. The hotel itself seemed very new, with work still being done throughout the building, and unfortunately the service reflected a lack of experience. The room was actually one of the better parts: it was spacious, attractive, and had a nice view of the Duomo. However, even the room had issues. The small elevators take a very long time, the shower is poorly designed and allows water to run all over the bathroom floor, and there was a dead cockroach in my room. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements, because the experience was far below what I expected

Great location! Clean and modern hotel with up to date amenities such as elevator and air conditioning. Staff was friendly and front desk is available 24 hours. We had an early flight home and they helped get a taxi at 5am in the morning. I highly recommend this place!

Bra läge på hotellet, mitt i centrum och praktiskt taget vad baksidan av duomen. Rummen var fräscha men små. En meter för kort för att det skulle vara bekvämt. Badrummet däremot var väl tilltaget och superbra. Inget gym, helt ok frukost även om det var synd att det vid 3/4 frukostar inte fanns mjölk i kaffemaskinen (öppnar 07 och mjölk fanns först vid 08). Men det gick att ta mjölk från en tillbringare så ingen större skada skedd. Funderar fortfarande lite på varför det erbjöds handtvål och balsam vid handfatet? I duschen fanns nämligen också balsam (shampoo och duschtvål). En av två hissar var väldigt liten. Hade varit toppen om man kunde ta trapporna upp/ner i stället för att vänta. Men över lag ett fräscht, centralt och prisvärt hotell.

Nytt och fräscht hotell med väldigt bra och centralt läge. Bra frukost där det mesta fanns även om den är åt det mindre hållet. Ena hissen väldigt liten och det är lite synd att man inte han ta trappan på ett vettigt sätt hela vägen till entréplanet. Rummet är aningen för litet för att vara funktionellt men badrummet får högsta betyg.

Jag hade en mycket bra vistelse på B&B Hotel Milano Duomo Velasca. Hotellet är modernt, rent och fräscht, och rummet var välplanerat med en bekväm säng. Allt kändes nytt och välskött, vilket gjorde vistelsen väldigt trivsam. Läget är en stor fördel. Det är bara en kort promenad till Duomo och många av Milanos främsta sevärdheter. Samtidigt finns tunnelbana, restauranger, caféer, mataffärer och ett IKEA precis i närheten, vilket gjorde det enkelt att både upptäcka staden och köpa det man behövde. Incheckningen gick smidigt och hotellet fungerade utmärkt som bas för en weekend i Milano. Jag skulle utan tvekan välja att bo här igen och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till både ensamresenärer och par som söker ett prisvärt, modernt och centralt boende.

Tres maivaise expérience, Le prix est exorbitant par rapport au service. On a payé 1060 € pour 2chambes, 3 nuits. Le personnel aucune expérience, pas du tout accueillant à l exception des jeunes réceptionnistes asiatiques. ils n'ont aucune information et ne répondent à aucune demande d'orientation. Même les cartes du métro ne sont pas disponibles, ils disent q ils les attendent depuis 2 semaines!!!! Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, choc pour moi et ma famille. Il paraît q l hotel n était pas encore prêt à accueillir des touristes, plusieurs travaux et réglages restent à faire: Les ouvertures ne se ferment pas, l isolation phonique est trop faible, des bruits le soir à l interieur et l exterieur de l hotel..Le pire vraiment le pire c'est que dans la salle de bain de la chambre 308 un robinet se trouvait à côté des toilette et n avait aucun lieu d être, en essayant de comprendre à quoi il sert, je l ai ouvert et à ma.grande surprise, il a fait sortir des eaux usée( mélange de selles et urines) en a demander le changement des chambres et la réponse était q elles sont toutes réserves jusqu'au 4 août. Bref, l hotel est à fuir

Español and English review //please Read Llegue a Milán para celebrar mi cumpleaños: viaje toda la noche llegué al hotel a las 11 am. Cuando hice la reservación el website decía check in 2 am. Cuando pregunté por el cuarto me dijeron que la información estaba equivocada y me dijeron que a las 2. Pedí que me dejaran cambiar en el baño para ir a dar una vuelta y regresar luego a recibir el cuarto a las 2 pm. Muy amablemente me dejaron cambiar y me guardaron las maletas. Regrese a las 3:15 pm para recibir el cuarto y salir rápidamente a un tour programado. Me reciben con la noticia que el cuarto no estaba listo y que tenía que esperar. Les dije que necesitaba bañarme y cambiarme. Pues el calor era insoportable. La respuesta fue cámbiese la ropa de n el baño y vallase así. Su cuarto no estaba listo. Recibí mi cuarto a las 6 pm. Para un check in a las 11 AM. Nadie dio la cara. Dedayuno: ofrecen variedad pero No cantidad. Desayunamos varios días en el hotel y a diferentes horas. El contenedor del huevo y el bacon siempre vacío. Elevadores: extremadamente lento y solo caben 3 personas y si tienen maletas 2. El elevador de. Atrás solo 2 personas. Edificación nueva pero no han terminado por lo que hay basura en aras comunes y no han limpiado bien las mismas . Cuartos. Tuve varias reservas, a lo que tuve 2 cuartos diferentes. Igual reservación.
