It was a virtual check in, as no one was at reception, but they do message you via the app you booked hotel on. We did use their green town bikes, but they could do with a really good service as rather flat tyres, a chain fell off and wobbly pedal! Great location and large room, but tiny shampoo/shower gel sachets!
