If reliable internet is a must for you, then don’t start here, at night it didn’t work at all and when it works in the morning it’s super slow. Most of the staff were kind, and try to resolve the problems, however the night guy is not the same story. We called earlier to know the pet policy and the women told us it was $50USD per stay, we check in and the guy told me it’s actually $50 per night! Wild difference, when I try to explain he would hear, I told him to charge me for the first night only and I’ll see my options in the morning, suddenly he says he can charge me only $100 for the whole stay, I accept but I can’t shake the feeling that I got scammed or taken advantage of… Also with the internet problem he told us each night that there wasn’t a problem even though when we showed 5 different devices that showed “connected, no internet” he just told us to check later… in the morning we asked and they told us to connect to a new network, it was slow and unreliable but at least it was something… Hotel is super new, nice and clean. If they get the internet working and the night staff with the right attitude I would recommend staying here, but until then stay here if you have a large data plan and can skip the night shift :)
