3박 4일 숙박했습니다 룸 클리닝을 제때 해주지 않았고, 룸 클리닝 상태도 좋지 않았습니다 첫날 침구류에도 얼룩이 있고, 일정동안 한번도 침구류 교체를 해주지 않았고, 화장실 청소 등을 해주지 않습니다 쓰레기 비우기, 수건, 물 보충 정도만 해줍니다 모텔 정도의 느낌입니다 공용 사우나는 좁지만 꽤 괜찮았습니다

강남역 이층침대에 홀려 이상한곳에 예약할뻔 했는데 여기 예약해서 얼마나 다행인지 모릅니다.방도 넓고 3인가족 쓰기 너무 좋앗고 역삼역이니 밤이면 다들 퇴근하고 없어서 동내가 아주 조용합니다. 위치도 이정도면 훌륭하고요! 온천을 이용못했는데 냄새가좀 심했어여 그래서 안감. 다른건 너무 다 만족입니다

여기의 메리트는 대욕장인데 방문일자에 대욕장 고장으로 전혀 이용못함. 그럴것 같으면 거기까지 그 돈 주고 왜 갔는지?? 대욕장 이용 못함으로 인해 보상 차원의 다른 서비스도 전혀 없고 .. 화장실과 욕실은 분리되어 있는데 조금 냄새가 나서 그것도 별로였습니다.. 두번은 방문하지 않을것 같아요..

객실은 깨끗했으나 상단 캡슐에 올라가는 것이 다른 호텔에 비해 다소 불편한 편이었고, 화장실은 수압 때문에 화장지를 변기에 버리지 못하고 휴지통에 버리게 해서 악취가 났다. 화장지를 다른 호텔처럼 그냥 변기에 버리도록 배관 공사를 다시 하지 않으면 경쟁력이 없을 것 같다.
