Recommended spacious and clean apartment
Great apartment with clean living spaces and bedrooms, the welcome kit was such a nice touch with all the essentials for cleaning up after ourselves. Great location as well

Nice and spacious with great amenities. Great location with easy access to metro. Only complaint was sewer gas smell in the ground floor bathroom (just a plumbing vent issue that needs to be fixed).

I would certainly come back
Very nice apartment, lots of space, big bathroom, very nice location, near the Sagrada familia and transportation.
The only downside is the lack of A/C in the second bedroom.

Staff very friendly and attentive and provided an additional fan when requested . However the condition of the apartment is poor, worn down and needing a lot of maintenance work. The kitchen lacks a lot of what could make it a functioning kitchen. It’s not worth what we paid for it but the area was comfortable and spacious

A well placed and spacious apartment
The apartment was spacious and had what was needed. Some tlc needed (eg painwork and bathroom) but the place was clean. Good ac and a fan in the second bedroom (as pre-requested) was welcomed. Good comms. Lockers for bags super. Location really good. Toiletries and kitchen welcome back great. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

Easy check in process and great location within walking distance to many places. Unit had everything we needed for our stay. One of the bedroom downstairs did not have an ac unit so it was warm and no one slept in that room. They had to sleep upstairs on the couch bed next because there is an ac unit upstairs. Overall it was a good stay

Good location, spacious apartment
Lovely spacious apartment in a more residential area of Barcelona - 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and metro station, but further from other more touristy areas, but this was fine for us. Checkin was easy and the flat was perfect for what we needed. It was particularly noisy outside one night

We enjoyed our stay however… it was very odd not to have locks in the doors (toilet, balcony and main door from the inside) so it wasn’t ideal with my little son.
Location is great for visiting Sagrada Familia otherwise public transport is handy.
Check in and was easy and automatic.

Misrepresentation of the units
This company owns more than one unit in the building. When we arrived, we were assigned the unit 00, a duplex which is accessed from the ground floor. But all the windows open to a -2 and -1 level small deep hole in the ground at the back. The place stinks of humidity and sewage. The smell stayed all night even though we opened all the windows. The photos on this website show a balcony with a view to a leafy street and this is what I thought I booked. After complaining, we were moved to a 4th unit but after having to spend one night in the horrible stink, which kept us all awake. Booking this apartment is playing russian rulet given the risk you can get this unit. The 4th floor was decent. But the unit 00 is not fit for habitation given the heavy humidity and the sewage stink.

La verdad que calidad precio un 10, la ubicacion es buenisima el apartamento muy amplio, tuvimos solo un problema con el calentador que se arreglo en un momento pues mandaron a una persona (muy apañado) y lo arreglo, recomendable totalmente

The grocery store is right beside the apartment and the food is so fresh and price is great. Fresh strawberries vegetables etc. so convenient. The place is clean and we asked for a lot of help. Getting in we didn’t know to push the door in and we didn’t realize the elevator door needed to be pulled open. Also we unplugged the hot water tank to use the toaster and called that hot water was t working they sent someone over within 15 minutes late at night. The man was so nice and not judgmental so I feel we were a lot of work but the place was Very responsive. I think a sign for the hot water do not unplug would be helpful also some type of guest book to write about what your u enjoyed. Also a better sponge. My daughter slept in the second bedroom and the noise in the hall can wake you. Also maybe directions for the trash and the heat and ac would be helpful. I loved it though. Very nice place to stay. Also bar marina across the street is not a bar!! Enjoy

L’appartement etait bien agencé et bien meublé. Propre et lumineux grace à son balcon traversant. Tout les articles de toilettes à mis disposition, en plus de liquide vaisselles, lessive et produit lave vaisselle. IIl y a néanmoins quelques petit bémols : évier de la salle de bain bouché dès notre arrivées, porte coulissante d’une chambre bloquée.
